The process includes submitting an issue, solving / adressing the issue and verifying it. Typical entities that can be tracked are project defects, purchase orders, assets, documents and so on.
Other features available are reminder mails, customisng fields, query generator, security features, spell checker.

Meeting Manager is a software used for scheduling and tracking meetings. Includes features of meeting minutes, pre and post action points, meeting reminders, attendance confirmation, meeting summary, meeting status. Effectiveness of a conducted meeting can also be measured.
