Touch Files Action for Mac is an Automator action to change date created and/or date modified of the specified files/folderst. You can create and execute a workflow which contains changing time stamp operation if you install the action. You may also create a service in order to change the time stamp and execute it from Services menu or contextual menu on Snow Leopard.
