The 'out of the box' solution met, I would say, 80% of my companies requirements, the only real issue being the (at the time) light reporting functionality, and the lack of option to throttle back the maximum number of chats each agent could handle at any given time. After a couple of emails back and forth with the account manager however, they implemented the reporting functions I had asked for, and a chat-throttle. In short, I am absolutely delighted with websitechat.net, and with Chris, the account manager, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking to include web chat functionality.
