I bought TLC software from their website. Unbeknownst to be, I should have kept the original packaging materials on which the product registration code was written. I kept the disc, and due to other obligations in my life, did not have the opportunity to load it until much much later (maybe a year). Since I did not have the original paperwork and/or proof of purchase, the company WILL NOT PROVIDE me a key code, thus I have a useless CD which I paid for. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Besides that, I think the owner must be non-English speaking as there is a definite lack of communication when "Geoff" finally does decide to return emails.
