Collect, Store, Categorize, Review, and Re-use all types of information in all types of documents with a few simple keystrokes or mouse clicks. No complicated setup procedures, no scripts to write, no "coding" needed, and no special knowledge of PCs required. Type a "tag" such as ".a" and watch Tagkeys replace it with your address. Not a typist? No problem, simply double click any entry in the list and watch Tagkeys go to work.
Tagkeys is divided into "Tagsets". You can have a Tagset for Password Management, another for common phrases, another for reusable sentences and paragraphs. And Tagkeys can use Rich Text Format data too! Want to save your text formating and font? No problem. How about images and graphs? No problem.
You can have an unlimited number of Tagsets, with each Tagset having an unlimited number of Tagkey entries. Tags can be up to 8 characters. Tag data can be up to 15,000 characters, and RTF data can be up to 2,000,000 characters!
Want to automatically enter things like date, time, function keys or special characters? Tagkeys includes over 24 "macros" that you can include in your tag data.
