Eagle Mode Publisher Description
Eagle Mode is a futuristic, zoomable user interface (ZUI) with a file manager, image and text file viewers, a chess game, a 3D minesweeper game, a multi-function clock, and some fractal fun, all integrated in a virtual cosmos. It features a popup-zoomed control view, help texts in the things they are describing, editable bookmarks, multiple input methods, fast anti-aliased graphics, virtually unlimited depth of panel tree, and a portable C++ API.

By featuring a separate popup-zoomed control view, help texts in the things they are describing, editable bookmarks, multiple input methods, fast anti-aliased graphics, a virtually unlimited depth of panel tree, and by its portable C++ API, Eagle Mode aims to be a cutting edge of zoomable user interfaces.
Eagle Mode is surely at least a nice ZUI demo and fun application. But it can be more. For me, the developer, it is naturally the most efficient file manager in the world, and that even since the source code had just an eighth of the present extent. Some users also reported great satisfaction. If you want to find out whether Eagle Mode could improve your life too, then you will probably have to go the cumbersome way of studying the whole user documentation, reading all the in-button help texts, and practicing all the mouse functions for some hours.
However, Windows users should know that the Windows port of Eagle Mode is just a light version. ......
