That is what I would give this useless waste of timne and money. I can gardly believe that Microsoft could produce something so completely awful. I have Windows Vista Home Premium and a device running Windows Mobile 5. Unfortunately WMDC simply refuses to work - and , of course, as usual with Microsoft, there is no useful help available. I wish to complain that this product is simply unfit for purpose. If there was some way I could make a claim for a refund from Microsoft I would do it. I have spent hours and hours trying one thing or another to make this work, checking every forum etc, but - it just seems that lots of other people have similar problems and are as frustrated as I am. Unfortunately there isn't even alternative software available from another supplier, so I have to accept that sychronising my computer and my PDA phone is not possible.
