Driver Detective Welcome Window
When you launch the Driver Detective from desktop or Programs group, you will see the above window which is the welcome window of Driver Detective. In the welcome window, it provides basic information about your computer and presents some key features of Driver Detective.




Driver Scanning Window
When you click "Start Scan", the above window is present. It displays some information about the scanning process. When the scan is completed, the scanning result is displayed.




Tools Dialog
The Tools screen allows you to adjust System Information, and maintain various Driver Detective settings.

When you change or update any value within this screen be sure to click Save before leaving.

Tools provides the following key features:

• Modify System Information and Scan Intelligence.
• Configure your proxy server.
• Update your driver download directory path.
• Adjust the number of simultaneous driver downloads. You may download up to 5 drivers at the same time; however, PC Drivers Headquarters recommends installing one driver at a time and restarting your computer after each driver install.)
• Show/Hide the Alternative Drivers tab in the Driver Information window.
• Include/Exclude devices that are "Unplugged" during the Driver Scan.

Install Driver Dectivate Toolbar
The Driver Dectivate Toolbar could be installed optionally. The toolbar sends unidentifiable and non-personal statistical data to enable quality assurance and improve support processes. Such non-personal data includes unidentifiable usage of toolbar components and queries. You can opt not to send such statistical data at any time from your toolbar Options dialog box. Also, you have full control over your toolbar and you can add/remove toolbar components at any time using your toolbar's Options dialog box.
