Easy Mail is an extremely handy utility that lets you print perfect envelopes, labels, notes, memos, and letters with as little effort as possible. Use this quick, easy, and flexible program whenever you can't use Email.
Type your message, and then just a few mouse clicks can fax it, print it, prepare an envelope and print a label. Best of all, leave your printer settings alone! For mailing, just stick an envelope where the paper goes and let Easy Mail handle the rest. Or put a sheet of labels in the printer and print on the labels you need right now. Use the rest of the label sheet another time.

The interface of Easy Mail is handy, it hides obscure commands in the menus and places more common ones on the main window in the form of large, attractive buttons. All you do is select the addresses and write letter. You can design envelopes and labels with your logo.
One of the handiest features of Easy Mail is the Address Book. You can add, open, search, copy, paste, delete, edit and print the address book, and customize your address to save.
