1. AreBejeweled 2 Windows XP compatible?
   Rejeweled 2 will run on Windows XP, but you need to have administrator rights to install and run the games properly. If you are having problems with the game freezing or crashing, please try running the game with Compatibility Mode: Right click on the shortcut for the game, select properties, check off 'Run this Program in Compatibility Mode. Select Windows 98. You do not need to select any display limitations. Choose Always run this program in Compatibility mode. Playing the game in a limited account is not recommended as it is in effect limiting the user's ability to modify, create, and access files on the computer. This may affect some aspects of the game, such as creating/changing players, saved games, or high scores.
   
   
2. I have Netscape or Safari (Mac OS) and cannot open the file after downloading correctly.
   Please delete the .php extension from the file name, then try opening the file again. The file name should end in .exe (Windows) or .dmg (Mac).
   
   
3. When I launch a Deluxe title, I get a 'No Page to Display' error or a blank screen.
   To fix this error start your Internet Explorer and go to Tools, Internet Options. Click on the Connections tab, then click on the Lan Settings box, uncheck the "Automatically detect settings" and "use automatic configuration script" boxes. Below that make sure the Proxy server box is unchecked as well.
   
   Please make sure you do not have a popup blocker or firewall configured to deny the games access to the internet.
   
   Make sure your internet browser security settings are not set too high. Go to Tools, Internet Options, Security,and set the Internet setting to default level.
