1. I lost my full version that I bought, how can I get it back?
   In some cases you only need to download and install the trial GameOnce again on your computer to get the full version back. Otherwise, if you have lost your license information, you will need to contact the customer support for help.
   
   
2. Why am I not able to download the game?
   There are several reasons why you might be having trouble downloading a game. The download link for the game might be temporarily or even permanently broken. Usually the download link is only temporarily broken, so please just wait a few hours, and then try downloading the file again.    With the DirectX diagnostic tool you can check the version of DirectX currently installed. To do it click on Start, choose Run and enter DxDiag.
