How to install and use IMI Attendees Print for Office Outlook:

* Close Outlook (if it is running)
* Start (install) IMIAttendeesPrint.exe
* You will see a new button - 'IMI Attendees Print' - inside Outlook Standard toolbar
* After selecting a Calendar item, button will be enabled
* The button - 'IMI Attendees Print' is available and if you open a calendar item
* When you click over button, you have 3 options - print/view, open with Word, open with Excel; presenting of Default printer, and applications installed is assumed
* If you choose Print/Preview, you can see report (snapshot of possible report)
* If you select "Save" (diskette icon) you can also save report as RTF, PDF, HTML, etc..
