Connectivity Problems: I am having problems logging in.
Check that you are using your Facebook account's email and password and that they are typed correctly.
Go to Account Settings a?' Security and edit the following features:
Login notifications - uncheck the option to disable it.
Login approvals - uncheck the option to disable it.

How do I stop the pop up notifications when my friends log in?
There are two ways to do this:
* Sign in to fTalk, go to your photo and click on the drop down tray to its right hand side.
* Click on the "stop notification" link and then uncheck "A friend comes online".
Note:You can also control the sound notifications by unchecking that option when you receive chats or when a friend logs in.

What is the "Share Status" feature?
You can easily update your status on your Facebook page from your fTalk. All you do is write your status on the fTalk bar and it will be updated automatically on Facebook.

How do I stop using the animated emoticons?
Sign in to fTalk and then go to your photo and click on the drop down tray to its right hand side.Click on 'Preferences' and uncheck 'show emoticons'.

Can fTalk start automatically when I turn my computer on?
Sign in to fTalk and then go to your photo and click on the drop down tray to its right hand side.Click on 'Preferences' and make sure 'launch fTalk on startup' is checked.

How do I invite my friends to join fTalk?
All you have to do is click on the 'invite' button and add your text.

Are my chats still private when I use fTalk?
Yes they are and they remain only on your Facebook account. You can review our privacy policy online.
