EasyMailTrimmer is a software to removes redundant or inclusive emails from your mailbox automatically. It can save you a lot of server mailbox space by automatically remove emails that are duplicates or already included in other emails because of send/reply email chain bouncing. It can analyses your mailbox and identify the emails that are duplicates or redundant. Redundant emails are those that are already included in another email.

EasyMailTrimmer analyses your mailbox and identify the emails that are duplicates or redundant. Redundant emails are those that are already included in another email. You may view a comprehensive report before actually delete them.

Once installed, simply click the "Trim" button to initiate automatic analysis. Upon completion EasyMailTrimmer gives you a report of the candidate emails to be removed.

You can review the duplicate and redundant emails prior to permanently removing them from your mailbox. You can also choose to move those redundant emails and attachments to a temporary folder in your local disk drive. With this utility, time is no longer wasted by manually moving or deleting unwanted emails.
