Editor's Review:
Cool Color Picker is a small program to extract the color anywhere on your screen. When you cover the Picker on your favourite color, the relevant area can be zoom in Zoom frame with the zoom ratio you like.

You can also set the checkbox to checked state or click the Pallette button to pick color from system pallette. No matter whatever you select the color, it will be shown on the tool. Then you can change the color and click the Copy button to get its code.

Since the color code is in RGB, HSL, HTML, Delphi, C++, VB format, it is very useful for Web Site Designer, Picture Designer, HTML Programmer and more color code users.
