Hexprobe Storage Encryption Tool 1.3
Effectively protect your disk using a secure password and a gold lock.
Hpsetool is a simple, easy to use storage encryption tool that encrypts and password protects your removable and external disk. It allows you choose a secure password and use gold lock or silver lock to encrypt logical drives on your removable and fixed disks, including USB drives, memory sticks, flash cards, PCMCIA drives and more. It uses 128-bit AES algorithm for maximum security and does not store your password on any media. Its powerful encryption ensures that only you can open an encrypted logical drive.
Hpsetool supplies two types of lock, gold lock and silver lock. Gold lock will encrypt every bit of the data, can gain very strong data protection; silver lock will encrypt partition information and file system data, can gain a strong data protection and more fast, generally, only few seconds for encrypting a 100GB drive.
Hpsetool can automatically detect operating system, drive and file-system type. You don't need to know any particular knowledge. If your removable disk has more than one partition, you can install Hpsetool to one of the partitions and leave it un-encrypted, so that you can take it to anywhere for encrypting and decrypting.

It enables to help you choose a secure password while encrypting, and it does not change anything in your operating system. Only you can quickly decrypt disk. But you must remember your password as possible as you can; otherwise nobody has way to recover your data. It is very important!
