Level of resolution: it can output as PDF in screen quality, printer quality, e-book quality or pre-press quality Paper size: NextPDF Professional can generate PDF in different paper sizes ranging from Letter, A5, A4, A3, A2, A1 to as large as A0.

Passwords : allows an user to set passwords which requires receivers to type in before opening the PDF.

Watermark: supports to embed watermark in the output PDF such s "Confidential", "Sample" or "Draft". Users may even use their own watermark words by saving them in the folder under the NextPDF installation directory.

Security levels: Low-quality Print, View Only or Copy Prohibit, File Protection with 40-bits and 128-bits encryption.
