Software Description:
Outlook Spam Filter is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook that fights against spam. As the program is based on Bayesian filtering technology, it automatically learns using your personal correspondence to increase filtration accuracy. The program can detect new spam e-mails and delete any Outlook folder from spam. All detected spam is moved to a separate folder outside your Inbox.

The program has a number of settings that define how to filter spam. You can modify them any time you wish to adjust Outlook Spam Filter to meet your needs perfectly.

Outlook Spam Filter adds its own menu to the set of standard Microsoft Outlook menus. This menu includes a number of options to support program operations. It supports POP3, IMAP, HTTP and MS Exchange.

This is an extremely easy to use application. After the installation, Outlook Spam Filter adds its own toolbar to the set of standard Microsoft Outlook toolbars automatically. All incoming e-mails are automatically filtered for spam by Outlook Spam Filter. You do not need to do anything special for it.

Quarantined e-mails are stored in a separate spam folder. On the lower right corner of your desktop shows notification on the detection of new spam and total spam after scanning some folders.

Users can manage friends and enemies lists, or build their own filters. POP3, IMAP, HTTP and MS-Exchange protocols are supported. The program has an option to test outgoing mail for potential risks of being filtered as spam.

In general, Outlook Spam Filter is a compressive and smart tool, helping you to solve spam e-mail problems.
