    The Worst Tech Products Story

It takes time and energy to test out good products from thousands of submitted ones. The staff of Qweas Test Center can share the very deep experience of this kind. However, it seems more difficult to give out the worst ones from those, since many aspects must be involved. And also you know one person's dog can be another's dish.

Among those who offer testing on tech-products, PC World can be the very famous one, not only offering serious testing on products and showing professional results, but also practicing the wild action of listing the bad ones if they like. The style can be funny, but the attitude is serious and the testing process is strict.

Now, PC World has just released one article named The 25 Worst Tech Products of All Time. The subtitle is These products are so bad, they belong in the high-tech hall of shame. What a headline!

    It goes like this:
At pc world, we spend most of our time talking about products that make your life easier or your work productive. But it's the lousy ones that linger in our memory long after their shrinkwrap has shriveled, and that make tech editor cry out, "what have I done to deserve this?"...

And what deserves our thinking is the last paragraph of the article:
Of course, most truly awful ideas never make it out of somebody's garage. Our bottom 25 designees are all relatively well-known items and many had multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns behind them. In other words, they were made by people who should have known better. In fact, three of the ten worst were made by Microsoft. Coincidence? We think not.

This is the list of Microsoft three products:
    • Microsoft Windows Millennium (2000)
    • Microsoft Bob (1995)
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (2001)
Is there a story behind each product?
